Terms and Conditions
This contract states the terms and conditions by which we, Beiport Outfitters agree to provide you the undersigned, with hire wear. All garments remain our property at all times and are provided for the duration of the hire period stated in the hire docket. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the garments.
Hire Period
Outfits will be made available for collection on the day prior to use and are due for return before close of business on the day after use. Saturday suit hires are due back on Mondays. Longer period hires are available on request.
Fittings
We cannot guarantee trouser length to be correct without appropriate shoes being worn at the time of fitting.
General
These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
All goods are the sole responsibility of the hirer when taken from our premises and are hired on the understanding that they are returned, in an undamaged condition, on the return date which is marked on the hire docket.
The hirer will be held resposible for the full replacement cost (at current retail price) of any garments, accessories or hired items that, in our opinion, have been subject to malicious damage, loss or theft.
Overdue hires will be charged at 25% of the total hire charge for every day late.
In the event of any hired articles not being returned within 14 days of the date due for return, the hirer shall be liable to beiport Outfitters for the full value thereof at the current retail price as at the date of collection, together with hire charges accrued as described in the preceeding paragraph, until payment is received.
A refundable deposit of R150 per person is required to secure your booking. In the event of the order or articles being cancelled, Beiport Outfitters will retain the following amounts:
- Cancellation notified over 48 hours before collection date - 25% of order value.
- Cancellation notified 24 to 48 hours before collection date - 50% of order value.
- Cancellation notified on collection day - 75% of order value
Beiport Outfitters will not be held resposible if by any reason of fire, accident, or for ANY reason beyond their control, any hired article is not available.
Any contract between the company and customer does not commence until the goods have been ordered and paid for.
Material Shading
Due to the natural properties of pure silk, there are often shade differences or small imperfection. Beiport Outfitters cannot be held responsible for any such imperfections appearing in any garments.
Prices
Prices are liable to increase without notice. All goods and offers are subject to availablity and may be withdrawn or varied at any time and without notice.
Website
This website is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty being given.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or server(s) that make it available are free of viruses or bugs.
We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
